Understanding Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services—like our online training courses and personalized coaching—once access has been granted or services have begun, traditional returns aren’t feasible. Yet, we deeply value your satisfaction and have crafted a fair policy to address your concerns.

For Extended Programs (Over One Month of Scheduled Training):

  • Reach Out Within 30 Days: If you’re not completely satisfied, please email us at Support@skillsetify.com within 30 days from the start of your program. Share your thoughts and feelings with us—we’re here to listen and help.

  • Fair Use Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that you have not consumed more than 25% of the course content. This includes:

    • Watching recorded video sessions
    • Participating in live webinars
    • Accessing course materials (slides, documents, etc.)
    • Taking exams or quizzes

We believe that if our training isn’t the right fit for you, this realization typically happens early on—within the first quarter of the course. Our tracking systems help us understand your engagement level so we can process your request with care and accuracy.
